Nature: The native vegetation that is present corresponds to a primary forest that has never been exploited or worked by humans. You can find different Nothofagus (Roble, Roble Huala, Coihue), Quillaja saponaria, Citronella mucronata, mature Cryptocarya alba, Aextoxicon punctatum, Gevuina avellana and many smaller species. In many places of the forest, you can see climbing plants with a large diameter, which is evidence of their age. There are also wild animals present, including mainly wild boar, cougars, and fox, in addition to native woodpeckers. It’s common to observe profound silence while on this land, enjoying only the sound of the wildlife.
Water: It is important to note that the property is located between 1,100 and 2,400 meters above sea level and receives snow fall during the winter and spring. The average anual precipitation is over 800mm, which creates the conditions for the existence of this forest.
The land is crossed by a stream named Los Sauces, and there are also natural springs inside the property.
Interior roads: There are two interior roads, preferably for 4×4 vehicles, which reach a height of 1,600 meters above sea level and a hiking Trail that reaches the peak.
